Five, Six, Seven, Eight… Stop the ivory trade; it’s not too late!
We're making progress on the fight to save elephants from extinction! Help spread our message to tell Congress to pass the TUSKER Act to ban the illegal ivory trade. Share the petition on Facebook, Tweet or email your personal networks.
Last weekend, we stood up against the vicious slaughter of elephants. On World Animal Day, last Saturday, I stood alongside hundreds of passionate elephant activist at the White House for the march against extinction.
As hundreds of us marched for miles, chanting, and passionately speaking out against the disheartening effects of the ivory blood trade that is literally driving elephants to brink extinction, I felt the momentum of our movement surrounding me.

This is just the beginning of our fight. Because of your signatures, generous donations, and courageous stance against illegal wildlife trafficking more than 800 activists were able to join the "International March for Elephants" in D.C. And, we couldn’t have done any of it without you.
One hundred elephants are dying each day at the hands of poachers. But it's not too late to ban the illegal ivory trade. It is not too late to close the loopholes that allow illegal ivory sales. And it's not too late to save elephants from extinction. We can do this together!
In the words of Dr. Martin Luther King,"Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness." This campaign not about me or even about all of us; it's about saving a whole species. Together we can prevent the destruction of one of nature's beautiful creations. Let's continue to walk in solidarity for a cause far greater than ourselves. Let's continue the momentum from the march against extinction. The elephants are counting on us…Together, we can save them!
