The U.S. House just voted to erase Endangered Species Act protections for wolves, opening the door to nationwide wolf hunting.

The language was slipped into a must-pass spending bill, along with a host of other policy changes that would be devastating for wildlife and wild places.

We’ve seen this tactic before, and we’ve been able to stop it in its tracks in the U.S. Senate — but only through hard work and mobilizing the public.
