The U.S. House of Representatives just passed legislation sponsored by Rep. Lauren Boebert to remove Endangered Species Act protections for the gray wolf and allow wolf hunting nationwide.

It’s a reckless move that flies in the face of what scientists say is needed for the gray wolf population, which today roams a tiny fraction of its historic range.
