Join Environmental Action in protecting bison near Yellowstone National Park
Bison are iconic, ecologically important creatures. As a keystone species, they bring countless benefits to the entire ecosystem, from providing habitat for grassland creatures to fostering healthy wildfire regimes. Yellowstone National Park and the area around it should be where wild bison are safest.
And yet deadly collisions are still a reality, making roadways dangerous for bison and drivers alike.
Wildlife crossings are shown to both prevent animal deaths and reduce danger for drivers. To make these roadways safe for everyone, I urge you to create a wildlife crossing near Yellowstone National Park.
