Tell your U.S. House representative: Support the Snowmobiles Aren’t Weapons Act

It would have been bad enough if Theia, a gray wolf in Wyoming, had just been shot and killed.

But first, she was run over with a snowmobile and crippled. Then, with her mouth duct taped shut, she was paraded around a bar, before eventually being brought out back and shot.

No part of this was ethical, and no part of this should have been legal.

New, bipartisan legislation in Congress would ban using snowmobiles to run over or kill wolves and coyotes on federal land. It’s one important step forward for saving wolves like Theia.
