Tell your U.S. senators: Save America’s oldest forests

U.S. Sen. John Barrasso (Wyo.) recently introduced a bill to block the Biden administration’s proposed National Forest Plan Amendment, which would advance protections for old-growth forests.

If nothing is done to protect them, ancient — and climate-critical — forests will come crashing down. I urge you to vote “no” on Sen. Barrasso’s bill to prohibit the Secretary of Agriculture from taking action to protect old-growth forests across the National Forest System from logging.
